General Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms govern the sale of model-making articles by Passion132 on the website www.passion132.com. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICES
The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.
For orders to a country other than Belgium, you are the importer of the concerned products. For all products shipped outside the European Union, prices will be calculated excluding taxes on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may apply. These charges and sums are not the responsibility of Passion132.
They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and organizations in your country.
We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
All orders must be paid in euros.
Products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is recorded.
The products remain the property of Passion132 until full payment of the price.
Passion132 reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of an obvious error in the sale price.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
Orders can only be placed online. For organizational reasons, orders by phone are not possible. However, you can call us if you encounter any issues during your order or if you have a question about a product.

Passion132 reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
A minimum order amount of €5 including VAT is required to validate an order. The sales site is exclusively dedicated to B2C sales to the final recipient. We do not sell to professionals.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
You declare that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order implies acceptance of these Terms.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded on the Passion132 website (www.passion132.com) constitutes proof of all transactions carried out by Passion132 and its customers.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to available stock. In this context, information on product availability is provided at the time of placing your order. The information on the site is for reference only: simultaneous orders or stock errors are always possible.
In the event of a product being unavailable after your order has been placed, we will inform you by email or letter upon receiving the supplier’s notification. Your order will be automatically canceled, and you will be immediately refunded if your bank account has been debited.
After a period of 3 months, backorders paid by credit card but not fulfilled will be canceled due to the expiration of the card's payment authorization.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. Items are sent via Belgian Post or Colissimo. We send you the parcel number by email, allowing you to track it on the postal service's website.
If you order multiple products and one of them is out of stock (not indicated on the site), Passion132 reserves the right to split shipments. Shipping fees will only be charged for one shipment. Only dispatched items will be billed.
In case of a shipping delay, you will be notified by email. In such a case, and as long as the product has not been shipped, you may cancel your order.
ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
Payments for your purchases can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.
ARTICLE 7 - SATISFACTION OR REFUND
You have 14 days from receipt to return a product that does not suit you.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

The return must be made in its original packaging, complete (accessories, instructions, etc.), in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Please notify us by email or phone beforehand.
Items returned incomplete, damaged, or deteriorated will not be accepted.
ARTICLE 8 - PRODUCT COMPLIANCE
We commit to exchanging any products that are apparently defective, damaged, or do not match your order.
In such cases, please provide a detailed written statement or email.
In the case of missing parts, we will request them from the supplier and send them to you.
For defective products or elements, please return them to us so that we can send you replacement parts.

Return shipping costs will be reimbursed based on the rate you were charged. In any case, you benefit from the legal guarantee, including the guarantee against hidden defects.
The provisions of this article do not preclude the right of withdrawal (satisfaction or refund) provided in Article 7.
ARTICLE 9 - REFUNDS
Refunds for products under Articles 7 and 8 will be made within 30 days of receiving the products.
Refunds will be credited to your bank account.

ARTICLE 12 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with current Belgian legislation. Passion132 cannot be held responsible for non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered. It is your responsibility to check with local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you intend to order.

This contract is subject to Belgian law.
The language of this contract is French.
In case of a dispute, Belgian courts will have sole jurisdiction.
